I was trying to figure out whether I wanted to get an electric or a nitro powered truck. After doing some research I decided to go with the Savage 2350. This thing is freakin amazing. Can you say standing back flips, because this bad boy can do them. It puts most of the kit Nitro trucks to shame. I have beat the snot out of this thing in the 2 months that I have had it including launching it 9 feet into the air and having it land on concrete. Aside from some scratches on the shell and the rims being some what chewed up, the truck is still in great shape. The manual does a great job explaining what to do for maintenance to keep it running well. Stock out of the box I have been able to push the truck to 49 mph using 2 7.4V 5000 mAh Batteries. For people new to purchasing an RC Truck, this is only a truck. You will need to purchase 2 Battery Packs. They will need to be 2S NiCd or Lipo Batteries. I highly recommend the Lipo with a minimum of 5000 mAh. I can get about 1 to 1.5 Hours on a charge.
