I ordered this product as a Christmas gift. First I would like to say that I was satisfied with the expedient shipping, although the box did arrive pretty beat up and damaged; this was minor as long as the product was of quality. But when we opened the gift to set it up the 9V battery included was extremely corroded and unusable. The bigger problem; however, was with the extremely vague directions. I could not figure out where the horn was they were speaking of, the antenna is flimsy and we can't figure out how to keep it from dragging across the floor, and it also makes it seem as though there are supposed to be two areas in which batteries are placed under the car. By the way if I didn't see where the battery went under the car I would've never figured out what a chassis was. I don't think it would be a bad idea to include diagrams with the products, as most toys do, regardless of how simple it seems. Now that we have the rechargeable battery all charged up and a new 9V battery, the car is still moving slowly as if the battery isn't charged, but the upside; the music definitely works. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the product; I chose this company because it had good ratings, regardless of the fact for the price I paid it certainly wasn't worth it.
