The tires shipped with my 18R have been quite durable. In fact they are still on the car and still have good grip despite a lot of onroad and a little offroad use. I only purchased this set because they have white rims instead of the black ones that came with my car. I'd expect they tires will be the same compound as the stock set and should last equally well.
