This is a ready to assemble 1/16 scale electric powered Radio/Control model kit of the World War II German heavy-tank Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. H, commonly known as the Tiger I. This 1/16 scale assembly model kit comes with all the electrical and mechanical components necessary to construct a high performance R/C model tank, with the exception of the required 4-Channel Radio System with servo(s), 8 AAA batteries for transmitter, and 7.2V Tamiya Racing Packs (or equivalent) and charger (ALL SOLD SEPARATELY). **THIS IS NOT A READY-TO-RUN RADIO/CONTROL TOY; ADVANCED MODELING SKILLS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO SUCCESSFULLY CONSTRUCT THIS MODEL KIT**. This is a big Tamiya 1/16 scale assembly kit that measures 20.86 inches long and 9 inches wide and weights about 9 pounds when fully assembled. The kit includes the full optional parts to reproduce the sound and lights for this highly realistic scale RC model tank. Just about every sound the real Tiger I made can be made on Tamiya's 1/16 scale Tiger I. When the tank is switched on, either a manual crank start sound, or an automatic engine start sound is heard. After your engine is turned over, it?s time to move the tank around. As you accelerate, the engine thundering increases just like the real Tiger I. Stop the tank, and the sound of authentic idling begins. Once you have located your target, rotate the massive turret and listen to the grinding of gears of the real German war machine. The more you control this R/C tank, the more you will feel like the commander of the full size Tiger I!
