First of all these are NOT models of the M1A2 Abrams main battle tank used by the USA. These are German made LEAPARD II tanks with in many aspects are superior to the Abrams. (You can tell this by the obviously sloping armor displayed by the Leopard II.) But anyway, These tanks are great. They can climb surprizingly steep angles of attack and up to 3 inches vertically at full battery power. They can turn on a dime and the turret swings 359 degrees. The "laser" gunshots are acurate at long range(relatively) and it does sport a machine gun. The battery life is what you would expect from rechagable batteries, but if you leave the battery charging for extended periods of time it diminishes the battery life. I made this mistake because there is no light indicating weather the battery is full. I continue to leave the battery charging to this minute and were the amount of time the tank is operational is shorter it is still fun to play with. It continues to annoy me that it is advertised as an Abrams but I gave it five stars anyway. I guess now that I think about it it only deserves four, but there is an emotional aspect to consider esp. when your driving it over huge pillows and thinking: "This tank is a BEAST!"
