Two years ago I had bought two Sidewinders which were great! They were version one and I had no problems with them at all. The version 2 Sidewinders were another story all together. The first one I received took two hours of trying to get it to calibrate, then when it finally did and I gave it full throttle the battery exploded from both ends and a blast of flame came from both ends with a cloud of smoke from the controller. The second one I have had no trouble at all and I love it. When Castle Creations gets the bugs out it should be great. Sent the smoked one in today, will see what their warrenty service is like.
