It is important to note that this is a scale down model. The toy is sturdy, but is rather small. We bought this toy for our four year olds birthday. The vendor did not deliver as promise and we ended up having to go to Toys R Us to find another tanker truck. At the store we found a big version for about $10 more than the one advertised here. Almost a week after the birthday the original purchase showed up (mind you we paid for overnight delivery). Our son likes the bigger version we got at Toys R Us. We did not send back the first one because it would cost us more than what we paid for it in the first place.
