Testors is celebrating 80 years of manufacturing quality hobby products with limited releases of the 80th Anniversary Four-Star Collector Series kits. These ready-to-assemble plastic models include one-of-a-kind limited edition decals, historical background sheet, authenticity card, as well as a mail-in card for a free Testors 80th Anniversary T-shirt. I put this together in a day and a half, but I used all of my day to work on it. Make sure you are ready to put some insanely small pieces together, and have a hot glue gun to go with the testors plastic cement. Not all of the pieces will fit snug together, so be ready to apply glue and hold for 2 minutes. There are hard parts to the instructions where they try to tell you to do 6 different things at the same time, so, especially when you are putting together the weapons bays, be prepared to make shortcuts. I have many pieces left over that probably should have been used, but the plane looks complete (except for paint) and I am satisfied.
