This toy was great for my son until it crashed and a piece broke (after two days of use). Only then did I discover that there are no replacement parts available. Shortly after purchasing it, I received an email from AirSoft GI Joe, asking me to post positive feedback on Amazon. When I told them it was broken, and asked them about getting replacement parts, I received the following reply, "im sorry to hear that but i am not sure where u can get some replacment parts try searching online. Thank you have a great day!". Two weeks later, I received a second email from them, again asking me to post positive feedback on Amazon, as "we are trying to strengthen our reputation on Amazon". I don't think they understand that a good reputation is earned through product quality and good customer service. I don't question the quality of the product, but toys like this are bound to break after awhile. Without replacement parts, they just aren't worth it.
