I bought this toy for my 10 year old daughter, and we loved it the first few days. Learning to fly it was challenging, but we eventually got the hang of it after a few bumps into walls and hard landings. My daughter picked it up much faster than I did and was soon flying it on her own without my help and enjoyed it quite a bit. However, on day 3, after one flight that veered slightly into a wall, one of the rotors on my helicopter stopped working. I tried to troubleshoot it myself with no success.I emailed Cobra Toys customer support explaining the problem and how we had been flying it and got a timely response telling me to check to make sure all of my gears lined up. They did, and everything seemed to mesh together, but the motor just didn't seem to activate. I explained this to my customer service rep. She said she needed a copy of my receipt and a picture of the product to process the warranty. I supplied all of this only to be told a few days later that the warranty did not cover crashes.So, for my $60 we got about 3 days of quality flying time. I like the product, but if normal flying causes breakage this quickly, I can't say that the product is worth it.
