These planes were purchased for my 9 year old son. They say that they are snap together, well not really. The only snap together is the cockpit hatch and a couple other areas. Now that being said the rest is just screwing the rest together. It was not hard to do and not that time consuming. The planes are for the most part durable but would not recommend them for "toys to play with". They are very cool and larger than I thought, which was a good thing. They come with a stand that has the name of the plane as well. Overall my son LOVES them and as a mom, well they are VERY cool. I would recommend them to anyone who loves jets. Also there are all different kinds, meaning.. Navy, Air Force..ect.
